DBBL signs loan deal with Netherlands Co

Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited (DBBL) signed a subordinated loan agreement with Netherlands Finance Development Company at the DBBL's head office in the city Monday.
DBBL Managing Director Md Yeasin Ali and Netherlands Finance Development Company Director WJM Wienk and Senior Investment Officer APJ de Vette signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations.
Under the deal, DBBL will avail term loan facility in taka equivalent to euro 5.0 million for housing finance. This loan is a part of subordinated loan in taka equivalent taka to euro 10 million earlier approved by the Bangladesh Bank.
Also present at the signing ceremony were DBBL Additional Managing Director AHM Nazmul Quadir and deputy-managing directors KS Tabrez and Ghulam Kabir.
