DBBL signs remittance deal with BPO

Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited (DBBL) has signed a 'Remittance Service Agreement' with Bangladesh Post Office (BPO) to facilitate disbursement of remittances received from different exchange houses in abroad through designated post offices at the remotest-parts of the country.brDirector General of BPO Mobasherur Rahman and Managing Director of DBBL Md Yeasin Ali signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations in the city recently, said a press release.brUnder the deal, the local beneficiaries of the expatriates living abroad will receive the remittances at their doorstep through on-line banking facility or the best mode of communications through BPO.brSenior executives of both the organisations were present at the deal signing ceremony.
