In connection with their news disseminated by DSE on December 9, 2010, the authorities of Delta Brac Housing (DBH) Finance Corporation Ltd. has further stated that the agenda of change of denomination of shares from Tk 100.00 to Tk 10.00 each and determination of market lot from 50 to 100 shares as well as amendment of the relevant clauses of the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the company will be placed before the shareholders as special business in the forthcoming 15th AGM of the company scheduled to be held on November 22, 2011 at 11:00am at Army Golf Club (Hall Room), Dhaka Cantonment, Dhaka. - DSE Online
