DBH to set up branch office in Sylhet

Against the backdrop of the rising demand for housing, Delta Brac Housing Corporation Ltd. (DBH ) is going to formally open its Sylhet branch office at Kumarpara on November 9.
Faruq A Choudhury, Chairman of DBH, will inaugurate the new branch as part of the company's plan to expand its activities to six divisional headquarters in phases.
DBH is now offering various services including home loan and deposit schemes through its six branches and a sales centre in Dhaka and Chittagong.
After establishment of the new branch office in Sylhet, the people there will have access to home loan to construct houses and purchase flats and lands from approved developers.
The company presently serves more than 20,000 customers against its various products including constructing houses and purchasing flats, houses and lands. DBH also offers different deposit schemes including Profit First Deposit, Cumulative Deposit, Annual Income Deposit, Children Deposit, Easy Home Deposit.
Quazi Md Shariful Ala, Managing Director of DBH, said housing is considered an engine of domestic growth of economy of a country.
