DCs urged to work for national dev

President Abdul Hamid on Tuesday asked divisional and deputy commissioners (DCs) to work with integrity to develop Bangladesh into a prosperous nation. “The implementation of programmes taken by government is largely depended on the cordial endeavour of divisional and deputy commissioners,” the President said. He was addressing the deputy commissioners who called on him at Bangabhavan as part of the three-day DC conference that began in Dhaka on Tuesday, according to a news agency.
