Dead body of businessman recovered

JESSORE, Feb 26 (UNB): Dead body of a businessman was recovered from a residential hotel in the district town Wednesday.
The deceased was identified as Sharif Bhuiyan (22) of Narayanganj district.
Police said Sharif Bhuiyan rented room no. 602 of Hasan International Hotel along with one Purabi, introducing her as his wife.
A hotel cleaner found the body Wednesday morning.
On information, police recovered the body and also seized a laptop and a moneybag from the spot.
In another incident, Rapid Action Battalion members Wednesday arrested a man along with a revolver from Bittianchra village in Benapole Wednesday.
Acting on a tip-off, a team of RAB raided the house of Faruk Hossain and arrested him after they recovered a foreign made revolver and a bullet from his possession.
