Deadline for CCCI membership renewal Sept 30

CHATTOGRAM, Sept 24: The deadline for renewal of the membership of the Chittagong Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI) is September 30.
In a press release, the CCCI authorities requested all of its members to complete their renewal by 5:00 pm on the day, as the election of the board of directors of the CCCI will be held on November 1.
Meanwhile, a total of 71 candidates have submitted their nomination papers. Four groups are contesting the upcoming CCCI election. One is led by Amir Haque, one by Nurul Haque, one by Amjad Chowdhury and another one is led by Shahajada Mohiuddin.
According to the election schedule, the voting will take place from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm without interruption. There are 24 director posts in four categories- 12 from the ordinary member category, six from the associate member category, three from the trade group, and three from the town association group.
