Deadong harvester, rice transplanter launched******

ACI Motors organized a launching programme of world renowned DEADONG Combine Harvester and Rice Transplanter in the city Wednesday. Dr. Wais Kabir, Executive Chairman, Bangladesh Agricultural Research Council (BARC) officially launched the modern farming technologies, said a press release. By using rice transplanter and combine harvester approximately 80 per cent of cost and 85 per cent of time will be saved at the time of transplanting and harvesting. Mr. DK Kim, Sales Manager, Deadong, South Korea shared their long experience and briefed about these modern farming technologies. In this launching program Dr. Arif Dowla, Managing director, ACI Ltd; Dr. F. H Ansarey, executive director, Agribusinesses, ACI Ltd; Dr. Kh. Helal Uddin, Business director, Agribusinesses; Subrata Ranjan Das, Business Manager, ACI Motors from ACI Limited and Dr. Wais Kabir, Executive Chairman, BARC; Md. Habibur Rahman, Director General, Department of Agricultural Extention (DAE); Dr. Md, Rafiqul Islam Mondal, Director General, Bangladesh Agricultural Research Institute (BARI); DR. Md. Abdul Mannan, Director General, Bangladesh Rice Research Institute (BRRI) expressed their valuable deliberations on importance and necessity of rice tranplanter and combine harvester in the Agricultural sector of Bangladesh.
