Deal for rice export to S Lanka signed

Bangladesh on Wednesday signed a deal with Sri Lanka to export 25,000 metric tons of rice. Sarwar Khan, director general of the directorate of food and Nalin Fernando, chairman of Lanka Sathosa Ltd, put pen on the agreement paper on behalf of the respective governments, accoding to a news agency.
