Deal signed for Padma Bridge work supervision

The government on Monday signed a Tk 3.83-billion deal with a Korean consultant consortium for the supervision of the main work of the Padma Multipurpose Bridge and the river training. The contract was signed between the Bridge Division under the Road Transport and Bridges Ministry and the consortium of seven companies at the Setu Bhaban in the city in the presence of Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader, according to a news agency.
