Dealing with a most difficult lesson

WHILE studying, certain chapters might appear difficult to students. They need to try to understand the chapters very carefully. What time would be best to read those ‘difficult chapters’ or ‘difficult issues’? It would be best if they read them at morning, several times of the day-may be at their leisure time and before going to bed.
At morning, just after waking up, one’s brain remains fresh and relaxed. There remains very tranquil environment. Maybe all the family members do not wake up at this time. Students can consider this time as very ‘private’ for them. They can read the difficult chapters at this time. They should proceed with reading the chapter at ease. They should not apply much efforts-they must be relaxed mentally at this time. Maybe they will not understand 100% of the lessons. But they should not worry.
Reading the chapter several times of the day, may be for a very short time on each occasion, would help them remove panic about the chapter. They will also have the felling that they are trying to understand the chapter. This would make them confident about studies and will remove much of their guilty feeling about being weak in the difficult subject. Through this effort, it can be hoped that they will understand the various difficult aspects of the chapter. This approach can be called ‘a lazy student’s approach’. Just as a lazy student studies very little, the difficult chapters can be read for little time but several times of the day.
Before going to bed, students can read the difficult chapter and should go for sleeping with a relaxed mind. If the chapter still remains unclear to them, it is hoped that their brain will work during sleep. It is possible that after waking up they would see that ideas of the chapter have been clear to them. We should remember that the brain works actively even when we sleep. Dream is an indicator of the fact that the brain works during sleep. Henry Ford used to follow this method and he could solve many difficult problems in this way.
Last but not the least, difficult lessons should not be kept untouched day after day. They must be read and such careful selection of timing to read them would surely help students to make those chapters easy to understand.
