Deals with India

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has just concluded a visit to neighbouring India. It was a significant event. Healthy relationship with one of the emerging developed countries like India will surely help bring further prosperity to our country.
We hope that the government will work efficiently to bring the good result of the deals signed during the PM’s visit. It is alleged that India did not fully cooperate on some occasions in the past in implementing agreements it had signed with Bangladesh. We hope that the present Indian government will pay due attention to the implementation of the accords it reaches with Bangladesh.
Bangladesh-India relationship will help maintain peace and foster prosperity in the region..
