The sixth death anniversary of former senior sub-editor of the daily Inqilab Muhammad Habibur Rahman Bhuiyan will be observed today (Saturday).
He started his journalism career in the daily Azad and weekly Ittehad in Kolkata in 1946. He served as a country editor (Mofussal Editor) and later senior sub-editor of the daily Inqilab.
Late Mr Rahman was born in 1922 at Panchbari village under Araihazar upazila in Narayanganj, said a press release.
