NAOGAON, Oct 24: The 32nd death anniversary of prominent Naogaon journalist, writer, social worker, retired civil servant and founder-president of Naogaon Journalists' Associa-tion late Khan Sahib Muhammad Afzal (82), will be observed on October 27 at his village home Khattawasher-Raninagar in Raninagar Upazila under Naogaon district.
He died on October 27 in the year 1975 at his Naogaon residence at the age of 82.
He was a class-mate of India's renowned politician Netaji Subash Chandra Bose at the Calcutta Presidency College in 1918.
