Death of Sachchu condoled

President M Zillur Rahman, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, Information and Cultural Affairs Minister Abul Kalam Azad and Commerce Minister Lt Col (retd) M Faruk Khan have expressed profound shock at the death of Lutful Hai Sachchu, reports agencies.
In a message of condolence, the President recalled the colourful political life of the late lawmaker and said the nation would remember the contribution of Lutful Hai in establishing democracy in the country.
The President prayed for the salvation of the departed soul and conveyed sympathy to the bereaved family members.
In a similar message, the Prime Minister recalled Lutful Hai's courageous role in different democratic movements in the country.
She said the death of the veteran politician is an irreparable loss to the nation.
In a message of condolence, Information and Cultural Affairs Minister Abul Kalam Azad expressed deep shock at the death of Mr Sachchu.
Mr Azad said the people of the country would remember forever the contribution of valiant Freedom Fighter Sachchu to the War of Liberation.
In another message of condolence, Commerce Minister Lt Col (retd) M Faruk Khan said in his (Sachchu) death the nation has lost a dedicated politician.
