Decision dilemma: Oil keeps on spreading

Though oil taker ‘OT Southern Star 7’ was pulled off to the shore under private efforts on Thursday morning two days after its capsize in the Shela River, the furnace oil continues to spread to the river and its surrounding water bodies in the Sundarbans as the authorities concerned failed to reach an effective decision how to clean up the huge spilled oil, according to a news agency.
