Deep seaport project to go to efficient co: PM

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on Saturday said her government would award the job of constructing the deep seaport at Soandia in Cox’s Bazar to that company which will be able to do the job at the quickest time. “We’ve got so many proposals from many countries…we’re considering all the proposals… we’ll choose that company which will able to construct the deep seaport at the shortest time,” she said. The Prime Minister was addressing a press conference at her official residence Ganobhaban about her recent China visit, according to a news agency.
