Delegation from EAC visits manufacturing facilities of Beximco Pharmaceuticals

A 12-member delegation from East African Community (EAC) visited the manufacturing facilities of Beximco Pharmaceuticals Ltd. at Tongi Tuesday. Prof. Elisante O. Gabrial, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Industry, Trade & Investment, United Republic of Tanzania led the team which comprised of members from pharmaceutical industry, NGOs, government bodies and regulatory authorities. Bangladeshi High Commissioner to Kenya Major General Abul Kalam Mohammad Humayun Kabir accompanied the EAC team greeted on the factory premises by high officials of Beximco Pharma.
