Delta Spinners to issue right shares

Delta Spinners Limited signed an agreement with ICB Capital Management Limited, in the city Tuesday, said a press release.
Under the agreement, the ICB Capital Management will act as the manager of the company to issue its right offer of 1,528,760 shares of Tk 100 each and a total of Tk 152.90 million (15.29 crore) and repeat public offering (RPO) of 3,000,000 ordinary shares of Tk 100 each and a total of Tk 300 million.
