Depression over Bay intensifies

The depression over the southeast and adjoining central Bay moved slightly northwards and intensified into a "deep depression", said a Met Office special bulletin Wednesday afternoon. It was centred at 3:00pm Wednesday about 1085 km southwest of Chittagong Port, 1009 km southwest of Cox's Bazar Port and 1008 km southwest of Mongla Port. — UNB
