Dhaka 6th riskiest city for tourists

Forbes Advisor has identified Dhaka as the sixth most hazardous city for tourists this year.
The study has evaluated 60 global destinations based on seven major risk factors: crime, personal safety, health, infrastructure, natural disasters and digital security.
Bangladesh has received a score of 89.50 out of 100 in this assessment.
According to the list, 10 most dangerous cities for tourists are Caracas (Venezuela), Karachi (Pakistan), Yangon (Myanmar), Lagos (Nigeria), Manila (Philippines), Bogotá (Colombia), Cairo (Egypt), Mexico City (Mexico), Quito (Ecuador) and Dhaka (Bangladesh).
On the other hand, 10 safest cities for tourists are Singapore, Tokyo, Toronto, Sydney, Zurich, Copenhagen, Seoul, Osaka, Melbourne and Amsterdam.
This ranking is part of Forbes' comprehensive study designed to inform travellers about potential risks when selecting travel destinations.
On the opposite end of the spectrum, Singapore has been named the world's safest city for tourists, achieving a perfect safety score.
Tokyo of Japan and Toronto of Canada have been second and third respectively with impressively low-risk scores.
