Dhaka Bank AGM approves 25pc stock dividend

The shareholders of Dhaka Bank Limited approved 25 per cent bonus share as the dividend for the year 2009 at the 15th annual general meeting (AGM) of the company.
Dhaka Bank Chairman Altaf Hossain Sarker presided over the meeting held at Bangabandhu International Conference Centre in the city recently, said a press release.
Vice Chairman Mohammed Hanif, founder chairman Abdul Hai Sarker, former chairman Khondoker Monir Uddin, directors Afroza Abbas, Md Amirullah, Reshadur Rahman, MNH Bulu, Tahidul Hossain Chowdhury, Jashim Uddin, Khondoker Jamil Uddin, Rakhi Das Gupta, Suez Islam, GM Shameem Hussain, Managing Director Khondker Fazle Rashid were present, among others, on the occasion.
Shareholder founder and former Advisor of the bank Mirza Abbus Uddin Ahmed, deputy managing directors Kaiser Tamiz Amin and Neaz Mohammad Khan, Company Secretary Arham Masudul Huq and a large number of shareholders were also present on the occasion.
