Dhaka Bank donates Tk 12m to KURDCH

Dhaka Bank Limited, a leading private commercial bank, donated Tk 12 million to Khulna University & Rotary District Community Hospital (KURDCH) on Wednesday under the bank’s CSR initiatives.  Chairman of Dhaka Bank Abdul Hai Sarker formally handed over the cheque to Rotarian Ferdousi Ali, Chairperson of KURDCH, at a function held at a city hotel. Bangladesh Bank governor Dr Atiur Rahman was present at the event as the chief guest.  Managing Director of the bank Niaz Habib along with senior officials of the bank, deputy governors of Bangladesh Bank and representatives of KURDCH were also present on the occasion, according to a news agency.
