Dhaka Bank observes 12th anniversary

Dhaka Bank Limited (DBL) celebrated Thursday its 12th anniversary. Starting its journey in 1995, Dhaka Bank presently operates in 14 different districts of the country through its 38 branches and 1 offshore banking unit.
With its quality service, the bank achieved 'The International Star Award for Quality 2006' from Business Initiative Directions, Geneva, Switzerland. DBL is the first Bangladeshi bank ever to have received the Corporate Social Responsibility Award jointly awarded by Standard Chartered Bank and The Financial Express.
A simple ceremony was held on the occasion at the board room of the bank. Managing Director Shahed Noman inaugurated the programme. Deputy managing directors Khandker Fazle Rashid and Mohammad Abu Musa, and senior executives of the head office were present on the occasion.
Dhaka Bank's products and services include Any Purpose Loan, DIPS, Islamic Banking, Personal Loan, Income Unlimited, Car Loan, Deposit Double, Vacation Loan, Smart Plant and Remittance.
Its wide network offers SMS and Internet Banking, ATM, iBanking and Online Banking. Corporate Banking Services include - Capital Market Service, Investment Advising Service, Trade Finance, Offshore Banking, Structured Finance, Syndication, etc.
