Dhaka Bank's 28th annual general meeting held

Dhaka Bank Limited's 28th annual general meeting was held virtually from its head office on Sunday. Abdul Hai Sarker, chairman of the Board of Directors, presided over the meeting. Directors, vice chairman, independent directors, MD & CEO, and shareholders joined the meeting. They approved a 6 per cent cash and 6 per cent stock dividends for 2022.
