Dhaka FM 90.4 starts journey

Dhaka FM 90.4 a new radio station, has started its transmission.
Information and Cultural Affairs Minister Abul Kalam Azad MP inaugurated the commercial transmission as the chief guest in the city Sunday, said a press release.
Among others, Secretary of Information Ministry Hedayetullah Al Mamoon and Director General of Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission Brigadier General Ahsan Habib were present at the inaugural function.
Chairman of Dhaka FM 90.4 Dolly Iqbal presided over the function, while Managing Director Akram Khan delivered welcome address.
Radio Jockeys of FM 90.4 will be on air from 6am to 3am everyday. Listeners will be able to reach their favourite RJs through SMS and VMS.
