The Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) has set up a trapper, a special device designed to immobilise rickshaw wheels, in old Ramna Police Station area. In the picture taken on Sunday, a rickshaw driver is seen struggling to lift his three-wheeler after it got stuck in the device.
