Dhaka Regency ED elected member of PATA Board

Shahid Hamid, FIH, Chairman, PATA Bangladesh Chapter and Executive Director, Dhaka Regency Hotel & Resort has been elected as a Member of the PATA Board of Directors for two years in the 63rd PATA Annual General Meeting held Sunday at Zhuhai, China.
"This election is of great importance and prestige for Bangladesh as the country will be able to participate for the first time in the meetings of the PATA Board for the years 2014-2016," according to a press release of Dhaka Regency.
PATA is an international Tourism Organization, nonprofit in nature, and is an authority on Travel Tourism in the Asia Pacific Region.
