Dhaka Test’s 2nd day play washed out

The second day's play of the series deciding second Test of the  two-match National Polymer Cricket Series between Bangladesh and visiting South Africa has been called off due to incessant rain, reports UNB.
The Friday's play was officially called off at 12:10 pm which was scheduled to begin at 9:30 am (Bangladesh time) at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in the city.
The third day's play of the match will resume at the usual start time of 9.30 am today (Saturday), depending on the field condition.
The last two-day in the first Test of the series in Chittagong also faced the same state and the match ended in a draw on day five on July 25.
On day one, the Tigers were at stumps scoring 246 runs for 8 in 88.1 overs in the first innings against mighty Proteas.
All -rounder Nasir Hossain was batting on 13 off 40 balls with one four for the side batted first after winning the toss.
