Dhaka to ask KL to speed up manpower recruitment

Dhaka will push Kuala Lumpur (KL) for expediting manpower recruitment from Bangladesh and discussing the ways to further strengthen trade and investment between the two friendly countries during Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina's upcoming Malaysia visit, said Bangladesh envoy in KL. PM Hasina is scheduled to leave Dhaka for Kuala Lumpur on December 2, Bangladesh's High Commissioner to Malaysia AKM Atiqur Rahman told Bangladeshi journalists on the sidelines of the 'Showcase Bangladesh 2014' being held at Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre. Earlier, Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak extended an invitation to Hasina during his visit to Dhaka in November 2013. Atiqur Rahman said all the bilateral issues will be discussed but the manpower recruitment process will get importance during the tour by Sheikh Hasina, who will leave Kuala Lumpur on Dec 4, according to UNB.
