Dhaka to be paralysed by traffic jams?

Dhaka is avery densely populated city. There are lots of problems but the horrible traffic-jam is the major problem of capital Dhaka.
May be one day this traffic-jam will paralyse Dhaka city.
People are suffering every day from traffic-jam. But at the time of our childhood, there was no traffic-jam in New Dhaka, found traffic-jam only in old Dhaka.
Those beautiful days have gone. But now we have to face horrible traffic-jam in front of the Prime Minister's Office. That is one of the examples of traffic-jam in the most important road of Dhaka city. So, there is no need to describe the present situation of traffic-jams on other parts of Dhaka city.
The people are losing many thousand million takas for traffic-jam. Only the economist can properly measure the total lossof money of common people this scare. Losing not only money but the physical and mental suffering are also involved.
Not only civil people are effected by traffic-jam but also military personnel are facing difficulty. Long time ago Military Head Quarter, Dhaka Cantonment was not in the middle of city rather on one side of this Dhaka city. Moghbazar or may be Farmgate was the last area of New Dhaka city. But now, new Dhaka areas have spread to Tongi and Gazipur.
