Dhaka Wanderers, PWD notch win in BCL

Dhaka Wanderers Club and PWD Sports Club won their respective matches of the Bangladesh Championship League football held at Bir Shrestha Shaheed Shipahi Mustofa Kamal Stadium in the city's Kamalapur on Monday, reports BSS.
In the day's first match, Dhaka Wanderers Club beat old Dhaka outfit Farashganj Sporting Club by 2-0 goals with Swadhin and Habibullah scoring one goal each for the winning side in the 53rd and 75th minutes respectively.
In the day's second match, PWD Sports Club, came from behind, defeated ten men Wari Club by 3-1 goals.
After the barren first half, Abdullah, Akikul and Sajidur scored one goal each for the winning side in the 74th, 86th and 90+4th minutes respectively for PWD while Shafin netted the lone goal for Wari Club from a spot kick in the 11th minute of the match.
