Dhaka WASA paid off an installment loan taken from government

Dhaka WASA has paid off an installment loan taken from the government for its different projects. The handover ceremony of Debt Service Liabilities (DSL) cheque of fiscal year 2023-24 for Tk 3.4 billion was held at the conference room of the Local Government Division in the city on Sunday. LGRD and Co-operatives Minister Md Tazul Islam was present as the chief guest at the function. Local Government Division Secretary Muhammad Ibrahim was present as a special guest while Additional Secretary of the Finance Ministry Dr Mohammad Altaf Ul Alam was the guest of honour at the event presided over by Managing Director of Dhaka WASA Engineer Taqsem A Khan.
