Dhaka Wasa signs deal with Korean co for water project

Dhaka Wasa on Thursday signed a deal with a South Korean company to implement a 150-million litre water project, aiming to supply water to the city’s Mirpur area. Dhaka Wasa managing director Engr Taqsem A Khan and senior executive vice president of Hyundai Rotem Company (HRC) Jung-Jae Huh inked the contract on behalf of their respective sides at the city’s Sonargaon Hotel, according to a news agency.
