Digital public innovation fair in March

Prime Minister's Office (PMO) will organise a fair titled 'Digital public innovation fair 2009' with the participation of all government's departments and ministries which have launched digitalisation in on their offices.
The fair will be held in March, 2010 at the Bangabandhu Novo Theatre.
All the government departments and ministries participating in the fair will display the outcome and positive impact on government services achieved through digitalisation.
"It is mandatory for all government departments and ministries to participate in the fair. The policy makers can measure the flow of digitalization project through the fair," said a government official.
PM Sheikh Hasina is expected to inaugurate the fair, which will be arranged as part of the first anniversary celebration of the government, he said.
Recently, PMO has given instructions to all the ministries and departments to get prepared for the fair.
Creating a 'Digital Bangladesh' concept was one of the fundamental pledges of Awami League government during its election campaign.
