Director General of Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) Major General Mohammad Ashrafuzzaman Siddiqui delivering speech to the Durga Puja organisers and Hindu devotees, as he visited the Dhakeshwari Mandir and the Ramna Kali Mandir (temples) in the capital on Wednesday.
