Little Friends Club and Uttar Baridhara Club earned identical 1-0 goal win in their respective matches of the Second Division Football League at the Bir Shreshtho Shaheed Sepoy Mohammad Mostafa Kamal Stadium at Kamalapur in the city Saturday, reports UNB.
In the day's 1st match, Little Friends Club beat Uro Famous Club by a solitary goal scored by Sumit in the 73rd minute.
In the day's 2nd match, Uttar Baridhara Club also defeated Dhanmondi Club 1-0. Dulal Hasan scored the all-important goal for Uttar Baridhara in the 51st minute.
Today's matches: East End Club vs BG Press S&RC (2:00 pm), Police SC vs Karwan Bazar Pragoti Sangha (3:45 pm), both at Kamalapur Stadium, and Bangladesh Boys Club vs Kadamtala Sangsad (Army Stadium 3:00 pm).
