Two individuals, Md Emran Hossain alias Babu (41) and Md Alamgir Kabir (40), were arrested in this connection.
A case was filed by the department with the local police station.
The owner of Kingfisher Restaurant and Bar, Md Moktar Hossain, is currently outside the country and has been included in the case.
Deputy Director of DNC Dhaka office (North), Shamim Ahmed, disclosed this information to the media.
Acting on a tip-off, a team from DNC raided the establishment on Friday morning.
They discovered a significant amount of beer and foreign wine hidden inside a septic tank on the ground floor of the building. A total of 854 cans of beer and 1208 bottles of foreign wine were seized.
According to Ahmed, the criminal gang, including the owner of the bar, had been involved in narcotics trading for a long time under the protection of influential individuals from the previous Awami League government.
Residents of the Uttara area had previously complained about the negative impact of the restaurant and bar's illegal activities on the social environment. They demanded that the criminals, including Md Moktar Hossain, be given exemplary punishment.
