DNCC cancels licences of six coaching centres

Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC) on Tuesday cancelled licences of six coaching centres for not removing illegal and unauthorised signboards, posters and festoons, reports BSS.
The six coaching centers are UCC, Uniaid, Icon, Icon Plus, Omega and Paragon in the city's Farmgate area, said a DNCC official.
The licences of the coaching centres were cancelled for violating the directives of the city corporation and defying warnings issued by mobile courts under the Graffiti Writing and Poster Sticking Control Act, the official added.
