FE REPORT
DNCC Administrator Mahmudul Hasan has urged the residents in the city to ensure cleanliness inside their houses to help keep the dengue outbreak under control.
The administrator of the Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC) reminded that mosquito repelling workers can keep the common areas clean and apply chemicals there to keep the mosquito's reproduction under control, but they cannot do that inside of every house.

"It is not possible for our staff to work inside residences. So keep your house clean. City residents have to keep their own houses hygienic," he said.
Everyone has to be careful so that water-logging does not occur in different types of containers, including inside refrigerators, air conditioners, flower tubs, unused tires, discarded green coconut exocraps, and empty chips' packets.
He made the request at Mirpur-6 on Saturday during a field visit to the ongoing week-long mosquito prevention drive launched by DNCC.
The drive began on Thursday, according to a statement issued by the DNCC.
DNCC Chief Executive Officer Mir Khairul Alam along with other officials were present during the administrator's visit.
Students from different educational institutions also participated in DNCC's week-long public awareness programme.
This anti-mosquito campaign is being conducted simultaneously in 54 wards of the DNCC.
Different departments of the DNCC, including waste management, engineering, and health have been working in coordination.
DNCC workers have been fogging and larviciding around the residences of the people who suffered from dengue after identifying the locations through collecting data collection from DNCC's health department.
