DNCRP fines three businesses

The Directorate of National Consumer Rights Protection (DNCRP) on Wednesday fined three business entities Tk 95,000 in the city's Banani area for violating consumer rights.
Md Abdul Jabbar Mondol, Head of Dhaka office, DNCRP and its assistant director Mahmuda Akter conducted the drive.
During the drive, a DNCRP team fined Faham Restaurant Tk 50,000 for preserving unhygienic food, Master Pharmacy Tk 40,000 and Manha Pharmacy Tk 5,000 for selling date-expired medicines.
