Doa mahfil for Syed Ashraf today

A milad mahfil seeking salvation of the departed soul of Awami League former general secretary and Public Administration Minister Syed Ashraful Islam will be held in the city today (Tuesday)., reports UNB
The milad mahfil will be arranged at Ashraf's official residence in the city's Bailey Road after Asr prayers, said an AL release on Monday.
AL general secretary Obaidul Quader urged all concerned to attend the programme in time.
Syed Ashraf died of lung cancer at Bumrungrad International Hospital in Bangkok around 9:45 pm on Thursday at the age of 67.
