Doctors demand restoration of 34-year BCS entry age

DU CORRESPONDENT | Monday, 16 June 2025

Doctors under the banner of 'PSC Reform Movement Doctors Council' have made a demand for restoring the 34-year age limit for entry into BCS, instead of the existing 32 years.
They made the demand at a press conference held in front of the National Museum at Shahbagh in the capital at around 3:30 pm on Sunday.
Dr Abbas Ali Buyan, spokesperson for the platform, placed the demand and warned of a tougher protest in case it is not met immediately.
He called for increasing time for the 48th BCS (special) examination and urged that it be held after completion of the 47th BCS test.
