Donation to DU relief fund

Bangladesh Home Economics College (BHEC) donated a cheque for Tk 50,800 to the relief fund of Dhaka University Wednesday to help the country's flood-hit people.
DU Vice-chancellor SMA Faiz received the cheque on behalf of the relief activity committee of the university from BHEC principal Rupasree Chowdhury.
BHEC governing body chairman Md Khalilur Rahman, Vice-Principal of the college Ayesha Akhter, DU proctor and member secretary of the relief committee AK Feroz Ahmed and assistant proctor Mohammad Safiullah, among others, were present on the occasion.
