Dordoi too good for Taipei

Thursday, 13 May 2010

Kyrgyz's Dordoi Bishek sent early warning as they put a commanding display against Hasus NTCPE of Taipei as they drubbed them by a flattering margin of 5-0 in the inaugural match of the AFC President's Cup Football at the country's premier sports venue Bangabandhu National Stadium Wednesday, reports BSS.
Five time finalists Dordoi Bishkek impressed the sparse crowd with their professional aaproach while Taipei physical educational college found out the things too hot to handle though they made some effort to sparkle in patches.
Dordoi began their campaign in the 14th minute when their Ghanaian born David Tetteh helped his side to surge ahead with a brilliant placing shot after Yuri Volos the Russian playmaker rounded the onrushing Hasus custodian Hsu Ming Hung and sent a chip with Tetteh obliged only to push the ball into the empty post.
Five minutes later Baimatov Azamat saw his valiant attempt well parried by Chinese Taipei Hsu Ming Hung.
Hasus side woke up from the slumber and in the 33rd minute their player Chen Po Liang found Dordoi custodian Vladislav Volkov at his mercy but he shot straight to Volkov who punched the ball to safety.
Alexander Mysikov playing in the midfield set a fine through pass to Tetteh in the 43rd minute but Tetteh was well tackled by Hsu Ming diving at his feet.
Tetteh soon again got into an action in the stoppage time as he received a pass from Mysikov and Tetteh this time, made mistake to slot the ball past the bemused goalie (2-0).
