Dr Afsana off to Japan for an MS degree

Dr Afsana Alamgir Khan, MBBS, MPH, Bacteriologist at the Institute of Public Health, Mohakhali in Dhaka has recently gone to Japan under the Young Leaders' Programme to take an MS degree in Healthcare Administration at the Nagoya University. Dr Afsana is the only daughter of Prof AFM Alamgir Khan, head of the department of english of World University of Bangladesh and Masuda Alamgir, a retired Addl. Accountant General of Bangladesh Govt. Her husband Engr AM Sakil Faizullah is a Communication Specialist of UNICEF, Dhaka. Her only brother Dr Munawwar Alamgir Khan is a Medical Officer at BIRDEM Hospital, Dhaka. Her only son Anaan is nearly 3. She seeks blessings of all. -press release
