Dr Mahathir arrives today

Former Malaysian Prime Minister Dr Mahathir Bin Mohamad arrives in the city today (Saturday) to attend the second convocation of the University of Information, Technology and Sciences (UITS) to be held in Dhaka on the same day. President Abdul Hamid will preside over the convocation programme to be held at the Bangabandhu International Conference Centre at 3 pm. Dr Mahathir is likely to leave Dhaka at 9:30 am on Sunday. — UNB
