Dr Mosharraf's 75th birthday today

Today (Thursday) is the 75th birthday of BNP Standing Committee senior member and former minister Dr Khandaker Mosharraf Hossain. He was born on October 1, 1946 at Goyeshpur village under Daudkandi upazilla in Comilla, said a press release.
The former minister completed MSc degree in Geology from Dhaka University in 1968.
Later he joined the Dhaka University as a lecturer in 1969 and in the same year he went to the United Kingdom (UK) for higher study by obtaining a 'Colombo Plan Scholarship'.
