Draft law ready to make RMC a university

Health Minister Mohammad Nasim said the draft law for upgrading Rajshahi Medical College (RMC) to a university is almost ready.
Addressing a views-exchange meeting at the RMC auditorium Saturday, the minister said an inter-ministerial committee has been formed to frame draft laws for upgrading Rajshahi and Chittagong Medical Colleges to universities, and hopefully those will be passed by parliament very soon.
Rajshahi Medical University Implementation Council organised the meeting.
Nasim asked the authorities concerned to complete the necessary formalities for the upgradation of the Rajshahi Medical College to a university.
