Dragonair gets best regional airline award

Dragonair, a Hong Kong-based airlines, was honoured with the "Best Regional Airline" award at the 22nd Annual TTG Travel Awards ceremony in Bangkok Thursday, said a statement This is the second consecutive year the carrier was given the award. The TTG Travel Awards, presented by leading regional travel trade publication TTG Asia, have been recognising the luminaries of the travel industry since 1989 and are determined through votes cast by TTG Asia readers across the Asia Pacific region. The Awards not only serve as a benchmark for high standards across the industry, but also as a trajectory for the travel industry's advancements. In June Dragonair received the "World's Best Regional Airline" honour from Skytrax - another award the carrier has received for two consecutive years.
